Water service lines can be replaced using the pull-through method or the Pneumatic Piercing tool. Either method requires excavation at the curb box to connect the new pipe.
Trenchless Sewer Lines:
Sewer lines can be replaced using a pipe bursting method, which requires excavation at the main and ample room for the rod pushing box to fit under the street, without other utilities in the way.
